Our quality policy includes the principles by which our management guides the organization and develops the operational model so that the requirements of our customers and the needs of other stakeholders are met with high quality and even beyond expectations.
Our quality policy is based on our corporate strategy and the company values of openness, transparency, innovative culture, safety, excellence, customer focus and hands-on mentality.
Company management is accountable for the effectiveness of the quality management system. The daily quality management is the responsibility of a quality manager appointed by the company's management, and the entire organization participates in its implementation. The four main areas of quality management are quality planning, control, assurance and continuous quality improvement. One of the key elements of quality management is also security of supply, which we want to monitor, measure and develop both internally and externally.
The goal of our quality management system and operating instructions is to meet the requirements of the international SFS-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard quality management systems.
For our own operations and in cooperation with various stakeholders, we strive to create added value for all parties in the business process. We are committed to measuring, monitoring and to continuously improve our operations.
