You are responsible for the procurement of materials for measuring devices based on electronic tomography technology. You understand the technical components and materials and are able to draw up procurement plans based on production forecasts. You may also be working on product structures for your products.
You are familiar with finding new suppliers, tendering, and managing contracts and logistics. We also appreciate the contacts network you have built up through your experience to develop our sourcing function which also involves supplier development and management. You work well with production supervisors and other staff.
You have the appropriate technical or commercial training for the position (eg B.Sc., M.Sc. in Engineering or Business discipline ), as well as previous experience in a similar type of position on the procurement side.
You are goal-oriented and determined, and you are able to work on your own initiative and independently. You will also understand the importance of good team spirit in achieving your goals. Orderliness and systematicity in tasks that require documentation will help in your daily work. You have good interaction and negotiation skills, as well as good oral and written English and are ready to travel when needed.
