Deposition Watch Pipe Sensor
Harnessing the power of tomographic technology, Rocsole’s Deposition Watch Pipe Sensor actually sees deposition inside a pipeline, delivering the ultimate in inspection accuracy to reduce production loss and optimize pigging and chemical injection.
Deposition Watch Pipe Sensor monitors deposition and slug flow inside process pipes in real time and without using a radioactive source. The systems accurately measures buildup of many types, such as paraffin wax, hard scales and hydrates. The sensor is available in various sizes.
Benefits of Deposition Watch Pipeline Deposition Monitoring Sensor
- Reduced deferred production
- Decreased downtime due to optimized pipeline pigging cycles
- Cost savings due to optimized use of deposition inhibitor chemicals
- Prevention of pipeline blockages
Deposition Watch utilizes a non-nuclear ET technology - a tomographic technology enabling real-time imaging of process pipes and tanks. Process imaging and measurement is done by using Rocsole's pipe sensor, which is simple to install and demands minimal amount of maintenance.
